Job Description and Objectives
Alpha New England’s Mission: To equip and encourage the church in its mission to reach the world.
Vision: Through equipping and multiplying leaders, we seek to provide everyone across New England an opportunity to explore the Christian faith on an Alpha course near where they work or live.
Position: Associate Network Director
Half Time to Full Time/ Based in New England/ Remote & In-Person
Starting Salary $22,000 to $42,000
Purpose of Job
Works with the Executive Director and board to develop and grow a network of churches, coaches, & donors to extend Alpha across New England
Responsibilities (included but not limited to)
•Church engagement – Create opportunities for churches to advance through our church engagement framework (Explore/Experience/Extend)
•Donor engagement – Cultivate and enroll donors to create a self-sustaining network
•Grow a network of Alpha Hub Churches & Coaches to guide churches through their Alpha experience to multiply leaders and impact
Role Dimensions
People Management: Develop, mobilize and manage, volunteers, coaches and (friends of Alpha)
Key Relationships – Board, Alpha Hub churches, Alpha Coaches, regional churches, donors

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Team leader and project management skills, ability to communicate vision and implement

High emotional intelligence; ability to intuitively read situations and respond appropriately

Candidate has Alpha experience and/or story to build credibility with leaders, churches, and donors

Strong computer skills and proficient with technology including social media

Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional presentation ability

A self-starting mentality and implementer

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

Teachable, and a passion for Jesus
Education
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent 2 years of practical experience
